摘要
高校科研项目对提高高等院校的综合竞争力、学科建设水平、人才培养质量和团队建设等方面发挥了重要作用。高校科研项目的管理是一项复杂的系统工程。本文论述了高校科研管理的原则,分析了科研项目管理中存在的问题,从而提出了解决这些问题的对策措施,希望有助于科研项目管理水平的提高。
