摘要
在对水产养殖业绿色发展理论、模式和评价方法进行文献综述的基础上,探讨了水产养殖业绿色发展的主要理论:从绿色发展和绿色产业角度探讨了其内涵问题,强调界定应更加包容,阐述了绿色发展理论框架。在简述国内8种主要绿色发展模式的基础上,对其共性、各自特点和问题进行了比较分析,并以湖州为例提出实现的保障条件。借鉴其他产业和区域绿色发展评价方法,提出评价水产养殖业绿色发展状况的两种思路:基于评价指标体系的定性定量分析和基于模型技术的绿色发展效率分析,构建了水产养殖业绿色发展评价指标的三级体系。
Based on a literature review of aquaculture green development’s theories,models and evaluation methods,the main theories of aquaculture green development are discussed.The connotations are explored from the perspectives of green development and green industry.It is emphasized that the definition should be wider.The theoretical framework is elaborated.After a brief description of the eight successful green development models in China,the commonalities,respective features and problems are compared and analyzed,and the fulfillment conditions are summarized by taking Huzhou as an example.Drawing on the evaluation methods of green development in other industries and regions,two ways to evaluate the level of the aquaculture green development have been proposed:the first one is qualitative and quantitative analysis based on evaluation index system,and the second one is green development efficiency analysis based on model technology.A three-level system for evaluating the green development of aquaculture has been proposed.
