摘要
南美白对虾的养殖是天津地区渔业的主导产业,随着绿色渔业要求不断提高,南美白对虾养殖所处的内外部环境发生了较大改变,难以实现产业升级以适应新形势。本文从生产要素角度分析天津地区南美白对虾养殖业在水资源要素、土地资源要素、人才资源要素、技术资源要素、和金融资源要素等方面存在的问题,并提出针对性的措施。
The breeding of Penaeus vannamei is the leading industry of fishery in Tianjin.However,with the continuous improvement of green fishery requirements,the internal and external environment of Penaeus vannamei breeding industry has changed greatly,so it is difficult to realize industrial upgrading to adapt to the new situation.From the perspective of production factors,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the elements of water resources,land resources,human resources,technical resources and financial resources in Tianjin Penaeus vannamei breeding industry,and puts forward corresponding targeted measures.
