摘要
随着经济、科技发展的全球化趋势,腐败犯罪日渐显现出国际化、组织化之趋势。自党的十八大后,多项行动使得我国反腐败境外追赃工作成效显著,但在实践中仍面临一些困境,文章分析了我国腐败犯罪境外追赃的困境,并提出完善我国境外追赃制度的法治路径。
With the development of economy and science and technology,corruption crime tends to be more and more international and organized.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,many actions have made achievements concerning the anti-corruption practice:recover the illicit money from overseas countries.However,there are still some difficulties in practice.By analyzing the difficulties,this research proposed solutions to improving the legal measures for the system of illicit money recovering from overseas countries.
