摘要
党的十九大作出“中国特色社会主义进入新时代”的历史性论断,时代条件的转化也为我国经济转型发展提供了新的舞台。在这一前提和背景下,中国经济实现由高速增长转向高质量增长符合我国经济发展的客观规律,也符合我国当下的经济现实。正确把握和深刻理解高质量发展的理论内涵,有助于减少政策制定和经济工作中的失误,破解思想误区,同时也有助于更好地探索实现经济高质量发展的有效路径。
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a historical judgment that“socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era”.The transformation of the conditions of the times also provides a new stage for China’s economic transformation and development.Under this premise and background,the transformation of China’s economy from high-speed growth to high-quality growth conforms to the objective law of China’s economic development and the current economic reality.A correct understanding of the theoretical connotation of high-quality development will help to reduce the mistakes in policy-making and economic work,to solve the ideological errors,and to better explore the effective way to achieve high-quality economic development.
