摘要
转录组(Transcriptome)是指特定细胞或组织中的全部RNA转录产物。近年来,随着转录组学和测序技术的迅速发展,转录组测序分析已被广泛应用于医学、生命科学及农业等领域。利用转录组测序技术解析麻类作物性状的形成及发育机制对麻类作物的遗传育种和纤维品质改良具有重要意义。文章总结了转录组测序分析技术在麻类作物上的应用及成果,综述并展望了该技术在麻类作物重要功能基因挖掘、发育调控、抗逆机制等方面的应用,以期为麻类作物分子育种研究提供借鉴。
Transcriptome usually refers to the sum of mRNA encoding proteins.In recent years,with the rapid development of transcriptome and sequencing technology,transcriptome sequencing technology has been widely used in the fields of medicine,life science and agriculture.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the formation and development mechanism of the fiber crop characteristics to promote the genetic breeding and improve fiber quality.This paper summarized the achievements of fiber crops through such technologies and discussed the importance of such technologies in exploring fiber crops of genes,growth regulation,mechanisms of stress resistance,which was expected to provide good foundation for fiber crop molecular breeding.
