摘要
目的探究聚维酮碘外用联合抗真菌药物治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床效果。方法将我院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的23例真菌性角膜炎患者按入院先后分为对照组(2018年1月至2018年12月,12例,抗真菌药物)和观察组(2019年1月至2019年12月,11例,聚维酮碘外用+抗真菌药物)。比较两组的临床症状消失时间和治疗效果。结果观察组的首例角膜溃疡愈合时间、前房积脓开始吸收时间、疼痛度消失时间均短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚维酮碘外用+抗真菌药物在真菌性角膜炎治疗中的效果突出,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of polyvidone iodine for external use combined with antifungal drugs in the treatment of fungal keratitis.Methods Twenty-three patients with fungal keratitis admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group(12 cases,from January 2018 to December 2018,antifungal drug)and observation group(11 cases,from January 2019 to December 2019,polyvidone iodine for external use+antifungal drugs)according to admission sequence.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The healing time of the first case corneal ulcer,the start absorption time of the anterior chamber pus and the disappearance time of pain degree of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The polyvidone iodine for external use+antifungal drugs is effective in the treatment of fungal keratitis,which is worth popularizing.
