摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗细菌性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将本院收治的95例细菌性角膜炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组47例,给予西医常规治疗;治疗组48例,在对照组基础上给予自拟中药方剂加服治疗,治疗2个疗程后观察患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗3个疗程后,对照组患者总有效率为82.98%,治疗组患者总有效率为93.75%;对照组患者平均住院时间为21.7d,治疗组患者平均住院时间为16.3d,两组指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者前期均有极少数病例出现轻微不良反应,均可耐受且自愈。结论:中西医结合治疗细菌性角膜炎的临床疗效确切,安全有效,缩短住院时间,适于临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical observation of treatment of bacterial keratitis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Method：95 patients with bacterial keratitis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions on the basis of the control group. Then to observe the clinical observation and adverse reactions after two courses of treatment. Result：After three courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 82.98% and 93.75%. The verage length of stay of control group and the treatment group was 21.7 and 16.3 days,there was a significant difference of two groups in the two sets of metrics（ P 0.05）. After three courses of treatment,the total effective rate was 82.98%,in patients treated with total effective rate was 93.75%;average length of stay was 21.7 days in the control group,patients treated with an average length of stay was 16.3 days,the two sets of metrics comparison with a significant difference（ P 0.05）. The very small number of cases in the two groups with pre-have minor adverse reaction,could be tolerated and self-healing. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy for the treatment of bacterial keratitis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is safe ,effective,and with shorter hospital stays,suitable for clinical application.
