摘要 为黄柏的开发应用提供理论依据,采用紫外分光光度法在波长345 nm处检测黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的含量,在单因素试验的基础上,结合Box-Behnken响应面分析法,优化超声波辅助提取中药材黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的工艺。结果表明:超声辅助提取黄柏中盐酸小檗碱最佳工艺为温度59℃,超声40 min,液料比30∶1(mL∶g);该提取条件下,黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的提取率为6.73%。 The content of berberine hydrochloride in Cortex phellodendri is determined by using 345 nm wavelength of ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and then the ultrasonic assisted extraction technology of berberine hydrochloride from C.phellodendri is optimized based on single factor experiment combined with Box-Behnken response surface method to provide the theoretical basis for development and application of C.phellodendri.Result:The optimum ultrasonic assisted extraction technology of berberine hydrochloride from C.phellodendri include 59℃,40 min ultrasound and 30∶1 of liquid-solid ratio(mL∶g).The yield for extracting berberine hydrochloride from C.phellodendri is 6.73%under the optimum conditions.
