摘要
目的 :优选黄柏中小檗碱的提取工艺。方法 :以小檗碱的含量为指标 ,应用正交试验设计筛选黄柏的最佳提取工艺条件。结果 :最佳提取工艺为 D2 A2 B3C2 ,即用 7倍量的 70 %乙醇热回流提取 2次 ,2 h/次。结论
Objective:To optimize the extraction process for berberine in Cortex Phellodendri.Methods:To determine the content of berberine in extract solution by orthogonal design.Results:The optimum extracting condition was D 2A 2B 3C 2, that is, adding seven times amount of 70% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 2 h (totally extracting for 2 times).Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
