摘要
目的 :为建立规范化的中药原料生产基地和提供优质的中药原料药提供依据。方法 :比较研究几种从黄柏中提取盐酸小檗碱的传统方法 ,有酸水法、石灰乳法和醇提法等。并对传统方法进行了改进。结果 :石灰乳法提取效率优于其它方法。结论 :本方法简便可靠 ,成本低 ,适合工业化生产。用于指导实践 。
OBJECTIVE:To establish standard producing source for raw materials base of Traditional Chinese herbs and to offer a good quality materials of Chinese traditional patent medicine.METHODS:Several traditional extracting methods of Berberine hydrochloride in Cotex phellodendri ,such as lime water collection,acidic water collection and ethanol collection are compared and improved.RESULTS:The efficiency of lime water collection is better than that of other methods.CONCLUSION:This method with low cost is simple and reliable,and suit to industrilized production.It can be used in practice and may get great economical and social benefit.
