摘要
本文根据“互联网+不动产登记”的要求,结合不动产登记部门的实际需求,设计互联网+不动产登记信息共享平台。其间将不动产登记系统产生的数据与房产交易系统、税务系统等数据进行交换及共享,同时以信息共享平台为基础,结合互联网技术,建立便民服务系统,作为信息发布和对外提供服务的平台,为公众提供自助查询及网上浏览办事等服务。
According to the requirements of"Internet+real estate registration",this paper combined the actual needs of the real estate registration department to design an Internet+real estate registration information sharing platform.During this period,the data generated by the real estate registration system was exchanged and shared with the real estate transaction system,taxation system and other data,at the same time,based on the information sharing platform,combined with Internet technology,a convenient service system was established as a platform for information release and external service provision,providing the public with self-service inquiry and online browsing services.
