摘要
工业互联网是中国工业企业数字化转型的重要的新型技术基础设施,国家已经将其列入新基建之一。文章旨在研究工业互联网如何为企业的供应链数字化转型赋能,指出第四次工业革命是制造业供应链变革的驱动力;分析了供应链在工业互联网平台中的地位,指出企业数字化转型的关键是供应链数字化转型;研究了工业互联网如何赋能企业,指出工业互联网将助力数字化供应链网络连接和协同;研究分析了工业互联网平台赋能供应链多方面的数字化转型,包括供应链决策控制、供应链运营、全生命周期管理、采购、信用和金融等,指出随着工业互联网的成熟和普及,它将成为企业供应链数字化转型的重要驱动力和赋能者。
Industrial Internet is an important new technology infrastructure for the digital transformation of Chinese industrial enterprises.China has included it as one of the new infrastructures.The purpose of this paper is to study how the Industrial Internet can empower enterprises to transform the supply chain digitally.First of all,this paper points out that the fourth industrial revolution is the driving force of manufacturing supply chain change.Second,this paper analyzes the position of supply chain in Industrial Internet platform.Third,this paper points out that the key to enterprise’s digital transformation is the digital transformation of supply chain.Finally,this paper examines how the Industrial Internet empowers enterprise’s supply chain digital transformation.The Industrial Internet will facilitate digital supply chain connectivity and collaboration,and Industrial Internet platforms will empower the digital transformation of supply chains in many ways:supply chain decision and control,supply chain operations,full lifecycle management,procurement,credit and finance.In short,with the maturity and popularization of the Industrial Internet,it will become an important driving force and enabler of digital transformation of enterprise supply chain.
