在当今数字经济时代,传统的供应链正在向数字化供应链转型。数字化供应链控制塔的概念和技术应运而生。它将变革传统的供应链管理,推动供应链的数字化转型。基于多家研究机构的研究报告,文章讨论和分析了数字化供应链控制塔的概念、分类、参考架构、成熟度以及最新的发展趋势和应用价值。这将有助于供应链管理者、研究者、供应链的软件提供商深入了解数字化供应链控制塔的理论和实践,并把其概念和技术用于企业的供应链数字化转型,以提升我国的供应链管理水平,为企业创造价值。
In the era of digital economy,the traditional supply chain is transforming to digital supply chain.The concept and technology of digital supply chain control tower came into being.It will change the traditional supply chain management and promote the digital transformation of the supply chain.Based on the research reports of several research institutions,this paper discusses and analyzes the concept,classification,reference architecture,maturity,latest development trend and application value of digital supply chain control tower.This paper will help supply chain managers,researchers and supply chain software providers to deeply understand the theory and practice of digital supply chain control tower,and apply its concept and technology to the supply chain digital transformation of enterprises,so as to improve the level of supply chain management in China and create value for enterprises.
