摘要
慢性周围神经病理性疼痛是临床上常见难题,严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来多项研究显示,脊髓星形胶质细胞活化后可通过调节脊髓伤害性突触传递参与疼痛信号传导,提示靶向脊髓星形胶质细胞活化的特定途径可能是中医药治疗慢性周围神经病理性疼痛的新策略。本文对脊髓星形胶质细胞在慢性周围神经病理性疼痛中的作用及中医药干预研究进展作一综述。
Chronic peripheral neuropathic pain is a common clinical problem that seriously affects the quality of life of patients.In recent years,it has been discovered that activated spinal astrocytes can participate in pain signal conduction by regulating spinal nociceptive synaptic transmission.It shows that the specific pathway targeting the activation of spinal astrocytes may be a new strategy of the treatment of chronic peripheral neuropathic pain in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper reviewed the role of spinal astrocytes in chronic peripheral neuropathic pain and the progress of intervention research with traditional Chinese medicine.
