摘要
本文从煤炭开发和利用两个维度,对我国煤炭绿色发展战略思想、目标以及煤炭绿色革命的关键性技术路径进行了研究与思考。从2020年到2050年分三个不同阶段,设计出我国煤炭绿色发展3.0版、4.0版、5.0版发展战略蓝图,描绘了煤炭绿色发展总体实施路径,并提出了推进我国煤炭绿色发展的相关建议,为未来我国煤炭绿色发展提供了可参考的方案。
In this paper,China’s coal green development strategy,objectives,technologies paths have been designed carefully.The strategy is divided into three different stages between 2020~2050 called as China’s coal green version 3.0,version 4.0 and version 5.0 respectively.They are describing the overall implementation path of coal green development in different period.At the same time,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote China’s coal green development,which provide an alternative implementation plan for China’s coal industry to fully realize green ecological mining and clean and low carbon utilization.
