摘要
绿色发展是煤炭产业高质量发展的重要内容,运用EBM模型与Malmquist生产率指数分别从静态与动态两个维度考察2013—2017年中国25省(市、自治区)煤炭产业绿色发展效率。研究发现:2013—2017年,所选取的25个省份的煤炭产业绿色发展效率平均值分别为0.6989、0.6421、0.5606、0.6073、0.5257和0.6069,表明煤炭产业绿色发展效率呈现一定的波动性。从产煤大省的煤炭产业绿色发展规模效率来看,规模效率也呈现波动性变化,部分省份规模效率递减,从产煤大省的煤炭产业绿色发展技术效率看,大部分省份技术效率呈现递增的趋势。
Green development is an important part of the high-quality development of the coal industry.The EBM model and the Malmquist productivity index were used to examine the green development efficiency of the coal industry in China’s 25 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)from 2013 to 2017 from static and dynamic dimensions.The study found that the average green development efficiency of the coal industry in the 25 selected provinces were 0.6989,0.6421,0.5606,0.6073,0.5257 and 0.6069 from 2013 to 2017,indicating that the green development efficiency of the coal industry showed a certain degree of volatility.From the perspective of the scale efficiency of green development of the coal industry in large coal-producing provinces,the scale efficiency also shows volatile changes,and the scale efficiency of some provinces is decreasing.From the perspective of the technical efficiency of the green development of the coal industry in major coal-producing provinces,the technical efficiency of most provinces is showing an increasing trend.
