摘要
目的:探讨西帕依固龈液漱口结合牙周基础治疗对糖尿病合并牙周炎患者的疗效。方法:纳入糖尿病合并牙周炎患者106例,随机分为2组(n=53),所有患者均行牙周基础治疗,观察组、对照组分别加西帕依固龈液、复方氯己定漱口液,观察相关疗效指标。结果:观察组和对照组的总有效率为94.34%和81.13%(P<0.05);2组治疗前GI、PLI、PD无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗前龈沟液IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应率观察组、对照组分别为1.89%和5.66%(P>0.05)。结论:西帕依固龈液结合牙周基础治疗糖尿病合并牙周炎疗效理想。
Objective: To study the clinical effects of Xipayi gum-fixing liquid gargling combined with basic periodontal treatment of patients with diabetes complicated with periodontitis. Methods: 106 cases of patients with diabetes and periodontitis were included and were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=53). All subjects received basic periodontal treatment,those in observation group and the control group were given the xipayi gum-fixing fluid and compound chlorhexidine gargle respectively.Then,the relevant periodontal indexes were measured and compared between groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation and control groups was 94.34% and 81.13% respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in GI, PLI and PD between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).The above indexes after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α in gingival fluid between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05), after treatment the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate the observation and the control groups was 1.89% and 5.66% respectively(P>0.05). Conclusion: Xipayi gum-fixing liquid gargling combined with basic periodontal therapy is effective in the treatment of patients with diabetes complicated with periodontitis.
