摘要
糖尿病和慢性牙周炎均是临床常见的慢性疾病。近年来,糖尿病与牙周炎之间的双向关系得到学者们的广泛认可。糖尿病是引起牙周炎的主要危险因素,牙周炎的严重程度影响糖尿病患者的血糖控制和并发症的发展。目前有关糖尿病对牙周炎影响的机制研究较多,主要集中在高血糖所致的高炎症状态,破骨活动增强和骨修复减弱的骨代谢平衡失调,糖基化终末产物及其受体间的相互作用。但各淋巴细胞亚型在糖尿病患者高炎症状态中的作用仍不十分清楚,而且牙周病对糖尿病影响的研究较少。
Diabetes meHitus and chronic periodontitis are common chronic diseases in clinical. In recent years,the bidi- rectional relationship between diabetes mellitus and periodontitis has been widely recognized by the scholars. Diabetes melli- tus is a key risk factor for periodontitis. The severity of periodontitis affects glycemic control and complication progression in diabetic patients. Multiple studies have demonstrated the mechanisms of the effects of diabetes on periodontitis, such as the hyper-inflammatory response to hyperglycemia, uncoupling bone destruction and repair and the role of glycated end products and interaction with its receptors. The role of lymphocyte subtypes in the hyper inflammatory state of diabetic patients is still unclear. Moreover, the studies of the impact of periodontal disease on diabetes are still scarce,
