多组分牦牛绒混纺纱线的开发及性能测试 被引量:4

摘要 为实现牦牛绒针织产品的功能多样性,将牦牛绒与绵羊毛、锦纶、莱赛尔纤维混纺,并测试混纺纱的断裂强力和断裂伸长率,探讨牦牛绒与绵羊毛混纺比、脱色牦牛绒、锦纶、莱赛尔纤维对混纺纱力学性能的影响。进一步采用该多组分混纺纱编织纬平针织物,并测试织物的顶破性能、耐磨性能、保暖性能、起毛起球性能及色牢度,分析混纺纱针织成衣性能。结果表明,所纺制的多组分牦牛绒混纺纱力学性能优良,混纺纱织物保暖性好、弹性好、手感柔软、光泽度高,而且耐光、耐皂洗、耐水、耐摩擦色牢度优良。 In order to achieve the functional diversity of yak fine hair knitted products, yak fine hair was blended with sheep wool, polyamide fiber and Lyocell fiber. The breaking strength and elongation at break of the blended yarn were tested, and the effects of blending ratio of yak hair and sheep hair, bleached yak hair,polyamide fiber and Lyocell fiber on the mechanical properties of blended yarn were discussed. Furthermore, the multi-component blended yarn was used to prepare flat knitted fabric, and the bursting performance, wear resistance,warmth retention property, fuzzing and pilling properties and color fastness of the fabric were tested, and the performance of the blended knitted garments was analyzed. The results show that the multi-component yak hair blended yarn has excellent mechanical properties, good warmth retention, good elasticity, soft handle, good luster,and excellent color fastness to light, soaping, water and friction.
