摘要
采用相同纺纱工艺和织造工艺设计制成了7种不同混纺比例的牦牛绒/羊绒混纺织物,并利用KES风格仪对反映织物风格的力学指标进行了测试分析,从而对牦牛绒/羊绒混纺织物的混纺比与其织物风格间的关系进行了深入探讨.研究结果表明:随着混纺比中牦牛绒含量的增加,混纺织物的硬挺度和丰满度先增加后降低;当混纺比为50/50和25/75时,织物的滑糯度最优;当牦牛绒/羊绒混纺比为50/50时,可获得最优的织物风格.
The yak hair/cashmere blended fabrics are prepared in the same spinning technology with seven different blending ratios,and the influence of blending of different blending ratios on the style of yak hair/cashmere blended fabric is studied.The results show that,with increase of the yak hair content,the stiffness and abundances ratio of blended fabric can increase and then decrease,the slide waxy degrees of blended fabric can reach the optimal when the blending ratios get 25/75 and 50/50.The blended fabric style can attain optimal point when the yak hair content is about 50%.
