摘要
脱硫脱硝灰是一种熔窑烟气脱硫脱硝处理后产生的固体废弃物,主要成分为无水硫酸钠,资源化利用困难且存在环境隐患,目前主要以卫生填埋的方式进行处置。本文研究了一种以脱硫脱硝灰为基体,复合三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺等有机试剂制备早强型粉体矿渣助磨剂的方法,研究分析了其助磨效果和粉磨后矿渣微粉的性能。研究发现,基于脱硫脱硝灰制备的粉体矿渣助磨剂能显著提高矿渣微粉的比表面积,助磨剂掺量越高,提升效果越显著。脱硫脱硝灰中Na2SO4可以提升矿渣水泥孔溶液的pH值,加速胶凝材料水化反应。硫酸根离子促进钙矾石等具有微膨胀性能产物的生成,提高硬化体致密度,提升材料力学性能。以脱硫脱硝灰为基体制备的粉体矿渣助磨剂一方面提高了矿渣微粉比表面积,另一方面促进了矿渣微粉水化反应,提高了矿渣活性指数。
Desulfurization and denitrification ash is a kind of solid waste generated after desulfurization and destocking treatment of furnace flue gas.The main component of this ash is anhydrous sodium sulfate.This ash is difficult to be treated and has the potential of a threat to the environment.At present,it is mainly disposed of by sanitary landfill.In this research,use of desulfurization and denitrification ash,coupled with organic reagents,triethanolamine and triisopropanolamine,in the preparation of grinding aid for blast-furnace slag was studied.The efficiency of grinding aid and activity of ground slag powder were evaluated.The results show that the incorporation of desulfurization and denitrification ash based grinding aid significantly increases the specific surface area of ground slag powder,in comparison with those without grinding aid.The higher of the dosage of grinding aid,the higher the specific surface area is.Na 2SO4 in desulfurization and denitrification ash promotes the pH value of the pore solution and accelerates the hydration reaction of the slag.The SO4^2- helps the formation of ettringite,which densifies the matrix and improves the mechanical properties.The desulfurization and denitrification ash based grinding aid for blast furnace slag physically increases the specific surface area of the slag powder and chemically accelerates the hydration,which increases the activity index of ground slag.
