摘要
在标准试验小磨和水泥磨中,分别以混凝土高效减水剂、三乙醇胺、市售助磨剂和改性三乙醇胺做水泥助磨剂试验。结果发现,加入前3种助磨剂后磨内物料流速过快而提产幅度不大;只有以改性三乙醇胺作为水泥助磨剂时,磨内物料流速适中,提产幅度较大,最高可达50%。
The high efficiency water reducer, triethanolamine, grinding aids sold in market and modified triethanolamin were applied separately as cement grinding aids in a typical testing mill and industrial cement mill. The test results showed that the first three grinding aids caused rapid materials flow in mill and little improvement of output, while the modified triethanolamine could form a suitable materials flow and increase the output even to 1.5 times than ever.
