摘要
目的评价加强护理管理对医院感染预防的实际应用效果。方法将2018年9月—2019年2月在医院接受住院治疗的136例患者作为样本,利用随机数字表法将他们分成人数相同的两组,全部患者采用常规方案护理,在此基础上,对观察组采用加强护理管理的措施,比较对照组患者和观察组患者在护理前后卫生顺从性及感染认识度评分,生活质量评分,感染情况及患者满意度。结果和对照组相比,观察组患者的卫生顺从性、感染认识度评分、生活质量评分及护理满意率有显著提升,以上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。疾病感染率下降,但差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05。结论加强护理管理可有效增强患者的卫生顺从性及感染认识度,提升患者的生活质量,加强患者护理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of strengthen nursing management in preventing hospital infection.Methods A total of 136 patients who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were given routine intervention and the observation group was simultaneously treated with strengthen nursing management.Then the health compliance and infection awareness scores,quality of life scores,infection status and patient satisfaction before and after treatment in the two groups of patients in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the health compliance,infection awareness score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were significantly improved,the above differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The disease infection rate decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion The strengthen management of nursing can effectively enhance the patient's health compliance and infection awareness,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
