摘要
目的探究护理管理在医院感染控制中的作用。方法选取2015年11月至2016年11月间于本院就诊的160例住院患者作为研究对象，按照随机分组方式将患者分为观察组和对照组，对对照组实施常规护理，对观察组采取护理管理，对比两组患者医院感染控制情况及患者满意度。结果对比两组患者护理满意度，观察组97．2％，对照组73．1％，观察组明显优于对照组，对比两组患者医院感染控制情况：观察组94．6％，对照组71．5％，观察组优于对照组，P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论将护理管理应用于医院感染控制中，能有效改善和控制医院感染情况，有效提高患者满意度，减少医患纠纷。
Objective To explore the role of nursing management in hospital infection control. Methods To choose between No-vember 2015 - November 2016 in our hospital 160 cases of hospitalized patients as the research object, according to the random grouping, patients can he divided into observation group and control group, the patients in the control group received routine nursing care,the observation group received nursing management, and compare the hospital infection control and patient satisfaction be-tween the two groups Results The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared,observation group was 97.2 ~ ,73.1% in the control group and observation group was better than control group, compared two groups of patients with hospital infection con-trol ：observation group 94.6%,71.5% in the control group and observation group is better than that of control group, P〈0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Applying nursing management in hospital infection control, can effectively improve and control the hospital infection situation, effectively improve patient satisfaction, reduce medical disputes.
