摘要
目的 探讨护理风险管理在预防老年患者医院感染中的防控效果。方法 选取本院2022年7月—2024年10月收治的210例老年患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将患者分两组进行护理,每组105例患者。其中,对照组应用常规护理,观察组患者实施护理风险管理,对比两组患者管理效果:①感染情况;②基本指标;③心理状态;④护理满意度;⑤风险事件。结果 观察组患者医院感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的心率、血压、呼吸频率相比于对照组患者各指标显著更优(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者心理评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的心理不良情绪均有所改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理风险事件发生率远远低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在老年患者医院感染的防控实践中,采纳护理风险管理的预防措施已证明具有显著成效,能够显著降低患者感染的风险及不良事件的发生概率,确保其生命体征的稳定性,因此具有推广的价值。
Objective To analyze the prevention and control measures for hospital infections in elderly patients and explore the infection prevention effect of nursing risk management.Methods 210 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups for nursing care using a random number table method.The control group had 105 patients who received routine nursing care,while the observation group had the same 105 patients who received nursing risk management.The management effects of the two groups of patients were compared:① infection situation;② Basic indicators;③ Psychological state;④ Nursing satisfaction;⑤ Risk events.Results The incidence of hospital infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,(P<0.05);The heart rate,blood pressure,and respiratory rate of the observation group patients were significantly better than those of the control group patients,(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in psychological scores between the two groups of patients before nursing,(P>0.05),After nursing,the psychological distress of patients was significantly reduced,and compared with the score,the observation group was better than the control group,(P<0.05);Patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction with nursing care than those in the control group,(P<0.05);The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in hospital infection prevention and control for elderly patients has a significant preventive effect,which can effectively reduce the risk of infection and adverse events,stabilize their vital signs,and is worthy of promotion.
