摘要
作为公安人才的培养基地,人文素质教育的成功实施对塑造学生的理想人格,促进学生的全面发展,培养具有深厚文化底蕴的高级公安人才起到基础性的育人作用。加强人文素质教育,思想上需要加深对人文素质教育内涵的理解和认识,育人过程中重视培养人文思维的深度与广度,着重培养爱国主义人文情怀,提高教师队伍的人文素养,关注学生的情感发展,重视“美育”在人文精神培养中的作用。
As the fostering base for thepublic security talents,humanistic quality education plays a basic role in shaping the ideal personality of the students,promoting the all-round development of students,training senior police talents with cultural literacyand etc.To strengthen the humanistic quality education,it is necessary that we should understand the connotation of the humanities quality education deeply and completely.Besides,we need to pay attention to cultivate the deep and the broad humanistic thinking in the process of humanities quality education,emphatically cultivate patriotic feelings of humanities,improve humanistic quality of teachers,pay attention to students'emotional development,attaches great importance to the role of"aesthetic education"to cultivate the students'humanistic spirit.
