摘要
高校在人才培养上存在着过弱的文化陶冶、过窄的专业教育、过强的共性制约、过重的功利导向等缺陷,未能适应当今社会对高等教育的要求。高校必须创新人才培养模式,推进人文教育与科学教育的融合,并应避免在人文教育与科学教育相融合的实际运作中把两者简单化的误区。
There exist some defects in higher education, such as weak cultural cultivation, narrow specialty, severe common trait regulation, overstressed fame and profit direction. All these can not meet with the requirement of the society for higher education. So it is necessary to innovate the model of talenttraining, promote the fusion coalescence of humanistic education and scientific education. Meanwhile we should avoid the simplicity of this fusion.
