摘要
[目的/意义]探究学术社交网站用户持续使用行为的影响因素,一方面有助于丰富学术社交网站用户行为的理论研究;另一方面为平台持续吸引和留住用户提供一些借鉴。[方法/过程]通过文献调研法选取50篇实证研究文献,依据扎根理论的编码体系,采用Nvivo质性分析软件对原始文献资料进行三级编码,归纳出16个主范畴并整合为5个核心范畴,并据此构建学术社交网站用户持续使用行为影响因素理论模型。[结果/结论]研究发现,用户持续使用行为主要包括成果管理行为、学术交流行为、信息捕获行为和资源推荐行为。个体特征、认知意识、情感体验是学术社交网站用户持续使用行为的内部直接驱动因素,平台条件是学术社交网站用户持续使用行为的外部间接促进因素。
[Purpose/Significance]To explore the influencing factors of users'continuous use behavior of academic social networking sites is helpful to enrich the theoretical research of users'behavior of academic social networking sites,on the other hand,to provide some reference for the platform to attract and retain users continuously.[Method/Process]According to the coding system of grounded theory,the paper selected 50 empirical research documents by literature research method,used NVivo qualitative analysis software to code the original documents in three levels,summed up 16 main categories and integrates them into 5 core categories,and then constructed the theoretical model of influencing factors of the continuous use behavior of academic social network users.[Result/Conclusion]It is found that user's continuous use behavior mainly included results management behavior,Q&a communication behavior,information capture behavior and Resource Recommendation behavior.Individual characteristics,cognitive awareness and emotional experience were the internal direct driving factors of the sustained use behavior of academic social website users,and platform conditions were the external indirect driving factors of the sustained use behavior of academic social website users.
