职业教育1+X证书制度研究的文献统计分析 被引量:16

摘要 1+X证书制度是"职教20条"中首次提出的一种新型证书制度。为了全面总结1+X证书制度理论与实践的研究成果,推进试点工作的顺利开展,基于CNKI文献库,针对1+X证书制度相关研究文献进行了统计分析。从六个维度对收集到的文献进行了量化分析,并使用NVivo工具软件对文献文本展开质性分析。提出了1+X证书制度试点工作中应解决的四个关键性问题:加快1+X证书制度下的教师队伍建设;积极推进"课证融通"和"三教"改革;教考分离、多方参与及共同治理;构建"政行企校人才培养共同体"。从而完善了1+X证书制度体系,促进职业教育新型证书制度的改革。 The 1+X certificate system is a new type of certificate system proposed for the first time in "The National Implementation Plan for Vocational Education Reform". In order to comprehensively summarize the research results of the theory and practice of the 1+X certificate system and promote the development of the pilot work, based on the literature library of CNKI, a statistical analysis of the relevant research documents of the 1+X certificate system was carried out. The collected documents were quantitatively analyzed from six dimensions, and NVivo was used to carry out a qualitative analysis of the document text. The four key issues that should be solved in the pilot work of the 1+X certificate system were proposed: accelerating the construction of the teacher team under the 1+X certificate system;actively promoting the reform of "Integration of Textbooks and Certificates" and reform of "Teachers, Textbooks and Teaching methods";separation of teaching and examination, multi-participation and co-governance;and building a talent training community of "Government, Industry, Enterprise, and College". Thus,improving the 1+X certificate system and promoting the reform of the new certificate system for vocational education.
