摘要
利用TRIZ理论对某款电动助力系统四向调节转向管柱进行技术矛盾与冲突分析,利用三维建模、FEA模态分析,对转向管柱进行结构优化,设计了一种具有较高固有频率、良好的操作手感的四向调节转向管柱系统。利用锤击法在原型样件上验证了该设计的有效性。
Based on TRIZ theory,the technical matters for one four-way adjustable steering column of EPS are analyzed and 3D is used to establish its model,which is used to optimize the structure of the steering column,and then,the handy four-way adjustable column system with high natural frequency is designed.The hammering method is used to verify the effectiveness of the design on the prototype.
