摘要
应用Ansys Workbench软件对L26汽车转向管柱进行了计算模态分析,得到前6阶固有频率及振型。并采用uTekMa模态测试系统进行了模态试验,两种方法的结果吻合较好,说明有限元分析方法可行,分析结果可靠。分析结果表明该转向管柱不会发生怠速振动现象,说明其结构设计合理。
In order to obtain the first 6 natural frequencies and vibration modals of L26 steering column,whose calculated modal is analyzed by using Ansys Workbench software,and the experimental modal is measured under the environment of uTekMa modal test system.Results of the two methods are almost identical,which demonstrates that the method of finite element modal analysis is feasible and the results are reliable.Analysis data shows that the steering column will not vibrate when the engine is under idle speed condition,which indicates the structure design of the steering column is reasonable.
