摘要
无论是传统燃油车还是电动汽车,电动助力转向系统(EPS)都被广泛采纳。EPS具有提高汽车主动安全性、减少燃油消耗率的显著优势,是现代汽车发展的主流趋势。设计理想的电子助力转向系统,既要考虑操纵轻便性和灵敏度,又要考虑汽车良好的"路感"。以某款车型为例,在不更换硬件设备的前提下,通过调整控制器软件设计参数,优化系统助力特性,通过EPS系统台架匹配试验及整车路试进行分析,结果表明:合理的EPS匹配设计,能够满足转向系统轻便性、良好路感以及转向回正性能的设计要求,对转向系统的总体设计具有一定的指导意义。
Electric power steering was widely adopted in both conventional and electric vehicles.EPS has the significant advantage of improving vehicle active safety and reducing fuel consumption.It is the mainstream trend of modern automobile development.To design the ideal electronic power steering system,it is important to consider both the handiness and sensitivity of handling and the good road sense of the car.This paper takes a certain model without replacing the hardware as an example,the power characteristics of the system was optimized by adjusting the design parameters of the software controller.Then the EPS system bench matching test and the vehicle road test were proceeded.The results were showed that reasonable EPS matching design can meet the design requirements of steering system’s portability,good road sense and steering reversion performance,which has certain guiding significance to the overall design of steering system.
