色钉菇多糖抗运动病作用的分析

摘要 为分析色钉菇多糖抗运动病作用,选取成年雄性SD大鼠20只作为本次试验的对象,采用随机分配的方式将其分为试验组和对照组,每组大鼠10只,分别给予对照组与试验组大鼠灌胃同等剂量的生理盐水与色钉菇多糖,于给药后的半小时采用偏离垂直轴旋转复制运动病模型1.5 h,采用生化与行为学检测方法检测大鼠血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)和胃动素的含量水平与运动病的状态。对比2组大鼠的自主活动状态,试验组在旷场中自主活动相对频繁,意识清晰,修饰时间短(P<0.05),试验组大鼠5-HT水平含量低于对照组,胃动素水平含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明运用色钉菇多糖对运动病的疗效显著,可改善抗运动病临床症状,并增强大鼠自主行为能力。 In order to analyze the anti-motional effect of polysaccharides of Chroogomphus rutilus,20 adult male SD rats were selected as subjects in this experiment.Each group was divided into 10 rats.The control group and the test group were given the same dose of normal saline and Chroogomphus rutilus polysaccharide.The serum 5-hydroxytryptamine and motilin levels were measured by biochemical and behavioral tests.Compared the autonomous activity status of rats in the two groups,the experimental group in the open field the autonomous activity was relatively frequent,the consciousness was clear,and the modification time was short(P<0.05).The level of 5-HT in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of motilin was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The use of Chroogomphus rutilus polysaccharide has a remarkable effect on motor disease,which can improve the clinical symptoms of anti-motor disease and enhance the autonomous behavior ability of rats.
