摘要
目的通过研究旋转刺激诱发运动病时大鼠饮食行为的变化,考察几项评价指标的运动病特异性。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为高岭土组、糖精水组、正常饮食组、禁食组、禁水组,通过水平变速旋转刺激的方法建立大鼠运动病模型,采用自身对照,以运动病指数、24 h高岭土摄取量、24 h糖精水摄取量、24h摄食量、24 h摄水量、禁食15 h后1 h、2 h摄食量和禁水24 h后1 h、2 h摄水量作为衡量运动病反应程度的指标。结果与旋转刺激前相比,运动病指数和24 h高岭土摄取量明显增加,而24 h糖精水摄取量、24 h摄食量、24 h摄水量、禁食15 h后1 h、2 h摄食量和禁水24 h后1 h、2 h摄水量则明显减少。24 h高岭土摄取量、24 h摄水量、24 h摄食量和24 h糖精水摄取量和时间的相关系数依次为:0.998、0.982、0.969和0.697。结论大鼠运动病模型的评价宜采用几项评价指标综合判断的方法,这样有利于提高判断的准确性。其中24 h摄食量和24 h摄水量与时间的相关度较高,特异性好,值得在今后的动物研究中加以应用。
Objective To investigate the changes of diet behavior of rats with motion sickness induced by rotating stimulation,then study the specificity of some evaluation indexes on motion sickness. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: kaolin,saccharin water,normal diet,no-food and no-water groups.Rat model of motion sickness was made by variable-speed horizontal rotating stimulation. Motion sickness index; 24 h ingestion of kaolin,saccharin water,food and water; 1 h and 2 h food ingestion after 15 h no-food taking in; as well as 1 h and 2 h water ingestion after 24 h no-water taking in were observed and compared with self-control to evaluate the severity of motion sickness. Results Compared with those before rotation: motion sickness index and 24 h kaolin ingestion were significantly increased,while 24 h ingestion of saccharin water,food and water,1 h and 2 h food ingestion after 15 h no-food taking in as well as 1 h and 2 h water ingestion after 24 h no-water taking in were markedly decreased. The correlation coefficients between 24 h ingesion of kaolin,water,food and saccharin water and time were as follows: 0. 998,0. 982,0. 969 and 0. 697.Conclusion Some evaluation indexes should be used jointly to evaluate the motion sickness model in rats,which can enhance the assessment accuracy. Among them,24 h food and water ingestion have high correlation degree with time and good specifictity,and they are worthy of application in animal studies in the future.
