摘要
在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科疾病的临床诊断治疗和随访中,内窥镜检查,听觉及前庭功能检查,嗓音评估,过敏源检测等技术已经日趋完善。不仅是大型综合性医院或者耳鼻咽喉专科医院的标准配置,部分技术也已下沉普及至县乡一级医院。因此,耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的人才培养不应仅仅局限于专科医生及护士,技师作为临床工作的重要环节之一,其教育和培训也需规范与改进。目前国内还没有比较成熟的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专科技师规范化培训模式。本文旨在将4年来四川大学华西医院进行耳鼻咽喉头颈外科技师规范化培训体系的建立与实践进行总结及介绍,分析存在的问题,进一步研究、探索、健全专科技师培训体系,提升工作水平,为国家源源不断输送具备良好执业素质、扎实专科理论、规范操作技能的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科复合型技师人才。
Endoscopic examination, auditory and vestibular function examination, voice evaluation, allergen detection have become increasingly mature in the clinical diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of diseases in otolaryngology head and neck surgery. These technologies and equipment are not only the standard configuration of central hospitals or otolaryngology specialist hospitals, but some have also sunk and spread to township hospitals. Therefore, post-graduate education in otolaryngology head and neck surgery should not be limited to specialists and nurses. As one of the important parts of clinical work, technicians’ training also needs to be standardized and improved. At present, there is no standardized training model for otolaryngology head and neck technologists in China. This article aims to summarize and introduce the establishment and practice of the standardized training system for otolaryngology head and neck technologists in west china hospital of sichuan university in the past four years. By analyzing the existing problems and experience, we will improve the standardized training system for specialized technicians and continue to deliver technicians with good practice qualities, solid professional theories, and standardized operation skills for the society.
