摘要
目的分析临床教学路径在消化内科护理带教中的应用。方法采用回顾性分析法,研究对象选取2018年2月—2019年4月期间医院122例消化内科实习的实习生,根据临床带教的方法不同,将其分为对照组61例,实施常规带教方式,干预组61例,实施临床教学路径,对比两组实习生在不同护理带教模式下实习生对带教教师带教满意度及实习生理论知识与临床实践考核评分对比及对教师带教意识、带教讲解程度、带教计划实施、操作示范能力。结果干预组对临床带教教师的带教满意度与对照组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);且干预组实习生理论知识与临床实践考核评分优于对照组实习生(P <0.05);同时干预组实习生的学习意识、理解程度、计划实施、操作能力等评价结果也优于对照组实习生(P <0.05)。讨论在临床教学路径应用于消化内科带教中,能有效的帮助实习生掌握相关的理论知识水平,同时有效提升实习生临床实践及临床操作水平。
Objective To analyze the application of clinical teaching pathway in nursing teaching of digestive medicine. Methods From February 2018 to April 2019, a retrospective analysis was used. 122 interns of digestive medicine were selected. According to the different clinical teaching methods, they were divided into control group(61 cases), conventional teaching method(61 cases), intervention group(61 cases), and clinical teaching path(61 cases). The differences between the two groups were compared. Under the nursing teaching mode, the interns’ satisfaction with the teachers’ teaching, the comparison of the theoretical knowledge of the interns and the assessment scores of clinical practice, and the ability of teaching consciousness, degree of teaching explanation, implementation of teaching plan and demonstration of operation. Results There were no significant between control group and(P > 0.05) and intervention group;and the evaluation scores of interns’ theoretical knowledge and clinical practice in the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). At the same time, the evaluation of interns’ learning consciousness, understanding, plan implementation and operation ability in the intervention group were also better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). The price results were also significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical teaching pathway in digestive medicine teaching can effectively help interns grasp the relevant theoretical knowledge level, and effectively improve the clinical practice and clinical operation level of interns.
