老年病护理带教管理中整合PDCA循环理念的价值分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨老年病护理带教管理中整合PDCA循环理念的价值。方法纳入医院2018年6月—2019年6月的实习护士80名,按照随机数字表随机分为研究组和对照组2组,每组40名,对照组采用传统的护理带教模式,研究组采用整合PDCA循环理念的带教模式,分析比较不同模式护理带教教学效果。结果研究组理论知识、实践操作以及综合能力评分高于对照组,提问次数、讨论发言、查阅资料积极性高于对照组,护理专业学生对教学满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PDCA循环理念模式应用可提高老年病护理带教质量,提高护理教学效果。 Objective To explore the value of integrating PDCA cycle concept in the management of geriatric care. Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,80 internship nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table, 40 in each group. The control group adopted the traditional nursing teaching mode. The research team adopted the teaching mode of integrating the PDCA cycle concept to analyze and compare the teaching effects of different modes of nursing teaching. Results The theoretical knowledge, practical operation and comprehensive ability score of the research group were higher than the control group, the number of questions, discussion. The enthusiasm for speaking and accessing data was higher than that of the control group. The satisfaction rate of nursing students was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle concept model can improve the quality of nursing care for the elderly and improve the effect of nursing teaching.
