摘要
国体的语词是传统中国的,概念内涵却是近代"中—外""东—西"之间的。它的意义脉络既关联着东方日本的理解,也牵扯着西方的复杂语义,更有中国思想的转圜。国体的西方概念是隐微的政治神学概念和显白的法政概念的"化合物"。日本的政治神学语境及其转型压力非常方便完成了全面吸收,并有力地促进了日本的近代转轨。中国学习者认为这是最好的经验。由于中国政治高度理性化,外来的国体概念无法被完全吸纳,而只能在中国政治哲学框架内做法政技术的运用,但中国近代转型及殖民压力同样迫使国体的政治神学层面获得中国式运用。最终,中国的国体走向了统合这两个层面的政治社会学理解和运用。
The word of"state form"comes from Chinese tradition,but the concept of"state form"is hybrid between China and Japan,between China and west.Its meaning and manipulation have to do with Japanese understanding,the complicated meaning in west culture and exploitation of Chinese ideology.The counterpart of"state form",which was been used by philosophers and politicians,eventually developed into two levels.On the top of the concept was a meaning in politics and law;at the bottom of the concept was a meaning in political theology.Under the pressure of moderation and ideology,Japan divided the two levels and pioneered to apply the legal meaning.It became the tool of state transition,meaning while the application revealed the two level of the concept.Qing Dynasty saw it as precious experience.However,because of highly developed political rationality,Qing Dynasty only used it as a legal conception in Chinese traditional political philosophy.The pressure of moderation and the national crisis called for the political theology side of the concept.Chinese people led by the Communist Party of China,finally develop it into a political sociology concept that melted the two levels.Under the Chinese"state form"is the worldwide common issue and Chinese particular solution.
