摘要
目的了解公立医院不同性别年轻医生心理健康的现状,包括抑郁症状、主观幸福感状况及其相互关系,重视心理健康档案的建立,利用心理健康档案,指导年轻医生心理健康的干预,为减少年轻医生抑郁状况、提高主观幸福感提供支持。方法采用系统抽样方法对某公立医院1990年后出生医生进行流调中心抑郁量表、主观幸福感问卷调查,统一指导语,问卷当场收回。结果年轻医生抑郁的检出率为51.5%(159/310),主要表现是抑郁情绪症状;主观幸福感得分中等偏上,女性医生生活满意度得分显著高于男性。结论年轻医生抑郁的检出率高,相关评分中,女性医生生活满意度得分显著高于男性;根据此次研究心理测试量问卷结果汇总成组成员工心理健康档案,积极随访,进行干预。关注年轻医生的心理健康,采取科学专业的心理健康指导,建立心理健康档案,以保证年轻医生的心理健康。
Objective To understand the mental health status of young doctors of different genders in public hospitals,including depression symptoms,subjective well-being and their interrelation.To pay attention to the establishment of mental health files,using the files to guide the intervention of young doctors′mental health.To provide support for reducing depression and improving subjective well-being of young doctors.Methods A survey of depression scale and subjective well-being of doctors born after 1990 in a public hospital was conducted by using systematic sampling method.With unified instruction,questionnaire were collected on the spot.Results The prevalence of depression in young doctors was 51.5%(159),the main symptom was depression.Subjective well-being score was above average,the life satisfaction score of female doctors was significantly higher than that of male doctors.Conclusion The prevalence of depression in young doctors has a high detection rate,correlation score is moderate,the life satisfaction score of female doctors is significantly higher than that of male doctors.According to the results of the psychological test questionnaire of this study,the mental health files of the employees are summarized,with active follow-up and intervention.We should pay attention to the mental health of young doctors,conduct professional mental health guidance,establish mental health records to ensure the mental health of young doctors.
