摘要
目的:探索学生在临床教学活动中不良情绪的发生率、原因和改善方法。方法:以问卷形式对浙江大学第三临床医学院参与培训的医学生和住院医师进行调查。结果:不良情绪普遍存在,主要原因是他评压力和学业压力;改进方法是在"减轻学业压力"基础上,为学生创造积极和安全的教学环境。结论:临床培训机构应重视学生教学活动中安全感的营造。
Objective:To explore the incidence,causes and improvement methods of students’adverse emotions in clinical teaching activities.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among medical students or residents in The Third School Of Clinical Medicine of Zhejiang University.Results:adverse emotions were common,mainly due to the pressure from others’comments and Academic stresses;The improvement method is to create a positive and safe teaching environment for students.Conclusion:clinical training institutions should pay more attention to the construction of students’sense of security in teaching activities.
