摘要
人体腧穴在生理或病理状态时呈现动态改变,具体可表现为痛敏(压敏)、电敏、光敏、热敏、声敏、化学敏等不同形式。穴位的生物电阻抗发生机制与解剖组织学、化合物、细胞体液学、神经学等因素有关,一般穴位呈"低电阻、高电位"特点,电敏作为穴位敏化的一种,通过穴位电阻、伏安面积、惯性面积等检测量化穴位的电生理特性,病理状态下即会出现生物电阻抗升高、伏安面积及惯性面积减少,对比前后变化可进一步指导临床诊断,判断经络失衡及脏腑病变。
Human acupoints show dynamic changes in physiological or pathological state,which can be manifested in different forms of pain sensitivity(pressure sensitivity),electro sensitivity,photosensitivity,thermal sensitivity,microcirculation sensitivity,acoustic sensitivity,chemical sensitivity,etc.The mechanism of bioelectrical impedance of acupoints is related to anatomical histology,compounds,cytosomatology,neurology and other factors.Generally,acupoints are characterized by‘low resistance and high potential’.As a kind of acupoint sensitization,electrosensitivity can quantify the electrophysiological characteristics of acupoints by measuring the resistance,volt-ampere area and inertia area of acupoints.In pathological state,the bioelectrical impedance will rise,the volt-ampere and inertia area will decrease.It can further guide clinical diagnosis and judge the imbalance of meridians and viscera lesions by comparing the changes before and after.
