小檗碱对多囊卵巢综合征糖代谢的调节作用及机制研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress on the effects and mechanism of berberine on the regulation of glucose metabolism in polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 近年来开展了大量小檗碱治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)研究,文章就小檗碱对PCOS的治疗作用及糖代谢调节机制进行综述,为小檗碱的临床应用提供依据。研究发现小檗碱对PCOS治疗作用主要是通过改善胰岛素抵抗为核心的PCOS糖脂代谢异常情况,从而降低黄体生成素(LH)水平,抑制雄激素合成,及改善排卵情况。小檗碱对PCOS葡萄糖代谢调节可能通过多种机制和信号通路,如增加胰岛素敏感性,激活磷酸腺苷活化的蛋白激酶途径,调节肠道微生物群,抗炎抗氧化活性,抑制肝脏糖异生,刺激外周组织细胞糖酵解,促进肠道胰高糖素像蛋白-1分泌,上调肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体mRNA表达,增加葡萄糖转运体等多种信号通路等。 In recent years,a large number of clinical and animal experimental studies on berberine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)have been carried out.In this paper,the therapeutic effect of berberine on PCOS and the regulation mechanism of glucose metabolism are reviewed,which provides the basis for the clinical application of berberine.It was found that berberine treatment affected PCOS mainly by improving the abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism of PCOS with insulin resistance as the core,to reduce LH level,inhibit androgen synthesis,and improve ovulation.Berberine in PCOS glucose metabolic regulation may be through a variety of mechanisms and signaling pathways,such as increasing insulin sensitivity,activate the amp activated protein kinase pathway,adjust the gut microbiota,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity,inhibiting liver dysplasia,sugar glycolysis stimulate the peripheral tissues and cells,promote the intestinal GLP-1 secretion,raise liver lowdensity lipoprotein receptor mRNA expression,increase the glucose transporter and other signaling pathways.
