摘要
目的探讨小檗碱对多囊卵巢综合征大鼠的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、瘦素(LPN)、脂联素(APN)水平的影响。方法采用Poresky造模法,制作多囊卵巢综合征大鼠模型,造模后将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、二甲双胍组、小檗碱组,每组15只。观察药物干预21天后各组大鼠体重、FPG、FINS、LPN、APN的变化,并计算胰岛素敏感性指数(IRI)。结果与模型对照组比较,小檗碱组和二甲双胍组大鼠体重、IRI、LPN水平均下降(P﹤0.05);APN水平上升;小檗碱组APN水平变化较二甲双胍组更为明显(P﹤0.05)。结论小檗碱可能通过降低体重、增加胰岛素敏感性、调节瘦素和脂联素水平,从而改善大鼠生殖功能。
Objective To observe the effects and mechanism of berberine on fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,leptin and adiponectin.Methods Poresky method was used to build PCOS rat models.The PCOS rat models were randomized into normal control group,model control group,metformin group and berberine group,with 15 rats in each group.The changes of body weight,FPG,FINS,LPN,APN levels were observed and insulin sensitivity index was calculated in each group after the rats were given medicine for 21 days.Results Compared with model control group,the weight,leptin,IRI levels decreased and the APN levels increased in metformin group and berberine group(P﹤0.05).The changes of APN was more obvious in berberine group than metformin group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Berberine could improve the conception of rats by decreasing the weight,increasing insulin sensitivity and regulating the levels of leptin and adiponectin.
