摘要
脊髓损伤会导致损伤节段以下肢体严重的功能障碍,严重者可累及呼吸、泌尿等系统,甚至危及生命。大量研究表明中医药治疗脊髓损伤疗效显著,且不良反应少。大量实验证实了中药治疗脊髓损伤的有效性,也为研究中药治疗脊髓损伤的作用机制提供了理论依据。文章将近年中药及有效成分治疗脊髓损伤的动物实验研究进行综述,以期为临床治疗脊髓损伤提供更有效的参考依据。
Spinal cord injury can lead to severe functional impairment of the limbs below the injured segment,which may involve respiratory and urinary systems,and even endanger life.A large number of studies have shown that Chinese medicine treatment of spinal cord injury is effective,and has less adverse reactions.A large number of experiments have confirmed the effectiveness of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of spinal cord injury,and provided a theoretical basis for the study of the mechanism of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of spinal cord injury.This article reviews the animal experimental studies on the treatment of spinal cord injury with Chinese materia medica and active ingredients in recent five years,so as to provide more effective reference for clinical treatment of spinal cord injury.
