摘要
肿瘤微环境是肿瘤发生、发展的物质基础,是表观遗传调控的对象,也是肿瘤免疫及其治疗的立足点。表观遗传驱动肿瘤微环境的免疫改变有利于肿瘤细胞实现免疫逃逸,与肿瘤细胞的基因组不稳定性密切相关,因此重塑肿瘤微环境应该成为肿瘤治疗的首要任务。表观遗传机制是联系肿瘤微环境与肿瘤免疫之间的纽带,而肿瘤微环境中可逆的表观遗传状态支持肿瘤细胞可塑性,中医辨证论治正是基于表观遗传机制,以实现对肿瘤微环境的重塑,因而表观遗传机制有望成为突破中医证本质研究瓶颈较有前途的切入点,以及确立中医现代化一种正确的打开方式。
The tumor microenvironment is the material basis for tumorigenesis and development,the object of epigenetic regulation,and the foothold of tumor immunity and its treatment.Epigenetic-driven immune changes in the tumor microenvironment are conducive to the immune escape of tumor cells,which is closely related to the genomic instability of tumor cells.Therefore,remodeling the tumor microenvironment should become the primary task of tumor therapy.Epigenetic mechanism is the link between tumor microenvironment and tumor immunity,and the reversible epigenetic state in tumor microenvironment supports tumor cell plasticity.TCM syndrome differentiation is based on epigenetic mechanism to achieve tumor microenvironment.Remodeling,so the epigenetic mechanism is expected to become a more promising entry point to break through the bottleneck of the essence of TCM syndrome,and to establish a correct way to open modernization of TCM.
