摘要
张志远教授治疗崩漏用药灵活,经验独到,治疗上牢牢把握"虚""瘀""热"的病机特点,遵循"塞流""澄源""复旧"的治疗理念,临证善用正本清源、滋阴凉血、健脾升陷之法辨证施治。在用药方面,张老古方新用,常用白头翁汤塞流以止血,黄连阿胶汤和黄土汤加味滋阴凉血以治热,胶艾汤加味健脾升陷以治虚,佛手散加味正本清源以治瘀,以及温经、归脾汤补养以复旧,临床验证效果良好。
Professor ZHANG Zhi-yuan is a TCM master and a famous expert of traditional Chinese medicine.He has been engaged in medicine for more than 70 years and has rich clinical experience,especially in gynecology.Professor ZHANG is flexible and experienced in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,firmly grasping the pathogenesis characteristics of‘deficiency’,‘blood stasis’and‘heat’,following the treatment concepts of‘blocking with haemostatic for arresting uterine hemorrhage’,‘treating root cause for arresting uterine hemorrhage’and‘recovery method for arresting uterine hemorrhage’,and is good at syndrome differentiation and treatment with the methods of clearing the source,nourishing yin and cooling blood,invigorating spleen and ascending subsidence.In the aspect of medication,professor ZHANG often uses Baitouweng Decoction to stop bleeding,Huanglian Ejiao Decoction and Huangtu Decoction to nourish yin and cool blood for the heat syndrome,Jiaoai Decoction to invigorate the spleen and ascend the subsidence for the deficiency syndrome,Foshou Powder to tonify blood,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,Wenjing Decoction and Guipi Decoction to nourish qi and blood,with good clinical effect.
