摘要
目的:观察用加味生化汤治疗血瘀型产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法:选择扶绥县中医院接诊的血瘀型产后恶露不绝患者80例作为研究对象。按抽签法将其分为治疗组(40例)和对比组(40例)。为治疗组患者采用加味生化汤进行治疗,为对比组患者采用益母草冲剂和头孢克洛进行治疗。然后对比两组患者治疗的效果、治疗后其止血的时间、中医证候评分和子宫的体积。结果:与对比组患者相比,治疗组患者治疗的总有效率更高,治疗后其止血的时间更短,其恶露量的评分、血色血质的评分、小腹疼痛的评分均更低,其子宫的体积更小,P<0.05。结论:用加味生化汤治疗血瘀型产后恶露不绝的临床疗效显著,可快速地改善患者的病情,促进其子宫的复旧。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of jiawei Biochemical decoction in the treatment of postpartum lochia insufficiency with blood stasis.Methods:80 cases of postpartum lochia lochia with blood stasis received in Fusuxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were studied.They were divided into treatment group(40 cases)and comparison group(40 cases)by lottery.Patients in the treatment group were treated with modified biochemical soup,while patients in the comparison group were treated with Motherwort granule and cefaclor.The effect of treatment,the time of hemostasis after treatment,TCM syndrome score and uterine volume were then compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the comparison group,patients in the treatment group had higher total effective rate,shorter hemostasis time after treatment,lower lochia volume score,blood quality score and lower abdominal pain score,and smaller uterine volume(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Biochemical decoction has a significant clinical effect in treating postpartum lochia insufficiency with blood stasis,which can rapidly improve the patient’s condition and promote the uterine recovery.
