摘要
国医大师周仲瑛在长期临证与理论研究的基础上,创立了以癌毒理论为核心,贯穿于辨证论治全过程的肺癌辨治体系。周仲瑛认为癌毒是肺癌发生和发展的关键,癌毒与痰、瘀、热等病理因素相互化生胶结,耗伤气阴,形成热毒痰瘀互结、气阴两虚的基本病机。辨证论治需重视以癌毒为核心,提出癌毒阻肺为肺癌的基本证型,与其它证型并列化生为复合证型。抗癌祛毒法应贯穿肺癌治疗的始终,治疗时在祛痰、化瘀、补虚的基础上加用抗癌祛毒药物。
On the basis of long-term clinical experience and theoretical research,ZHOU Zhong-ying,a TCM master expert,established a lung cancer differentiation and treatment system with cancerous toxin theory as the core and throughout the whole process.He took cancerous toxin as the key to morbidity,development and treatment of lung cancer.Cancerous toxin and phlegm,blood stasis,heat and other pathological factors mutually produced and bound with each other,consuming qi and yin,which formed the basic pathogenesis of lung cancer-the bind of heat,cancerous toxin,phlegm and blood stasis,and deficiency of qi and yin.In the course of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the core position of cancerous toxin was also highlighted.Cancerous toxin obstructing lung was put forward as an independent syndrome type,and paralleled with and produced other syndrome types mutually,forming complex syndrome types.It was suggested that anti-cancer and detoxification method should be used throughout the treatment of lung cancer,and anti-cancer and detoxification medicine should be added on the basis of expelling phlegm,removing blood stasis and tonifying deficiency.
