摘要
肺癌转移其病位在肺,与脾胃关系密切。肺癌转移,脾虚为本,正气内耗,胸中大气失其所居而下陷,加速肺癌侵袭转移。土旺而金生,脾有生肺之能,脾胃为后天之本,调补中洲,以固护肺脏,遏制癌毒播散,故治疗肺癌转移之法应以培土生金为本,升阳举陷为标,从而达到防治肺癌转移的目的。
The metastasis of lung cancer is in the lung and closely related to the spleen and stomach.The spleen has the ability to produce lungs,the spleen deficiency is the foundation,the cancer is progressing,the righteousness is dissipated,the qi in the chest is lost and it sinks,those are accelerating the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer.The spleen and stomach are the foundation of acquired constitution,adjusts the middle buener,and invigorating the lungs.The method of treating lung cancer metastasis should be based on the strengthen metal by way of reinforcing earth,and the mechanism of the therapeutic method for ascending up spleen-qi as the standard,thus achieving the purpose of preventing and controlling lung cancer metastasis.
